Haven’t been to the dentist in years since I got out of the military. As with most, it wasn’t the best experience as a kid nor as an adult so realized a part of classical conditioning was present when I was in a headstand mood the day of my appt. I am so grateful this was the place I went first as a civilian because it has changed that rough mindset I had ingrained. The people were kind and helpful from the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out with your treatment plan. Everyone was so knowledgeable that every question was asked and even went above and beyond as far as giving me more information for my future visits. Thank you twin peaks dental. Personally thank you to Dr Carpenter, Jenna , my amazing dental hygienist, and Randi at the front desk!
I cannot recommend Twin Peaks Dental highly enough. I have always received outstanding cleanings from the hygienist Jenna, and recently had extensive work done to protect my exposed roots. In every instance, I am impressed with the care, kindness, and skill of the dentist and hygienists. I am particularly impressed with the new dentist, Dr. Carpentier. I have undergone the procedure to cover my roots before with another dentist, and Dr. Carpentier achieved a superior result with less discomfort. An after and before photo of the root caps are attached. The front desk staff are also helpful and thoughtful so it is a pleasant experience from start to finish.
I had a pretty dire emergency and they worked to get me in rather quickly. The ladies up front (Randi and Courtney) were so helpful answering questions (I had many) and walking me through insurance etc. The issue wasn’t an easy one and the Doc kept at it to give me the best possible treatment. My son was also in need of an appt and they notified me when one opened up sooner than expected. If you’re in the market for a new dentist, definitely give them a try. This coming from a very apprehensive dental patient. Whole staff just amazing!
The new dentist Dr. Charpentier is awesome! He's very friendly and doesn't make you feel judged and is very gentle. Going to the dentist is always such a nervous feeling but him and the girls at the front desk put you at ease. They are all so nice. So grateful to have found a good and honest dentist so close to home.
Best dentist ever!! Dr. Martin is not only knowledgeable and honest. He is very nice and you don't feel judged. All the staff is really nice too and always have a smile. Glad I found a dentist I feel comfortable going to and can continue seeing.
